The afternoon session was a masterclass particularly aimed at those involved in business or in leadership positions across different types of organisations. Both Carol Dweck and Alex Linley(an international expert on strengths based at Warwick) spoke at this event. The two speakers shared their expertise on how to maximise potential and performance. There was also be time for some discussion on the conflict/synergy of minsdet/strengths approaches and their application particularly to business world.
