One way to progress this is to create a study group with a few close friends or colleagues and agree upon a time to meet up each week. Set a small reading task for each week from the positive psychology resources on the Centre's website. The reading task can be decided upon collectively or you can take turns to choose what to study. Study something with direct relevance such as increasing motivation or happiness. Discussing the findings each week will help you to see how these strategies might be applied to your life.
